REG1K025G is 20kw AC2DC EV charger power modules especially designed for electric vehicle charging stations. The EV power module enables a maximum DC output power of 20kW and output voltage from 150Vdc to 1000Vdc. The EV charging module features high efficiency (≥95%) in full load, high power density and high reliability, ultra wide output voltage and high power factor 0.99. The EV power module passes TUV CE certification.
