U3T-A040B-S 40kw Liquid Cooling charging module is a high-frequency isolated liquid-cooled 40 KW AC/DC charging module.U3T-A040B-S 40kW specially designed for EV DC chargers with liquid cooling requirements. The 40kw charging module is equipped with high efficiency, high power density and high reliability. It has cleared CE TUV certification with class B level. 40kw 60kw Liquid cooled charging modules are highly reliable and low-noise. They are resistant to high temperatures and humidity, dust and corrosion, and can adapt to complex environments. They are mainly used in electric vehicle charging systems, including charging stations, charging infrastructure, and battery management systems, to provide fast and efficient charging services while ensuring the stability and safety of batterie.
 40kw 60kw liquid cooled power module with high efficiency and high power density developed by Tonhe Technology for charging pile. It supports 323Vac~460Vac three-phase four-wire system (three-phase +PE) input, the maximum power is 40kW, and the default constant output power range is 300Vdc ~ 1000Vdc. The monitoring unit/control unit of the charging system CAN communicate with the charging module through the CAN bus. Based on the communication, the functions of working parameter setting, operating parameter collection and working state control of the charging module can be realized.
